Topic: some people with a good education and experience in their field decide to move abroad to work. Why do you think that is? What problem does this cause?
It is widely seen in this contemporary time that there is an immense increase in number of those people who are well-educated and experienced in their field who venture abroad for employment. In this regard, better quality of life and professional growth are considered to be the reasons of this trend while lack of man power from the country of origin might be the downside for this.
One of the probable compelling reasons why many professional individuals opt to work in other nations is that they want to experience and feel a satisfactory way of life. It is an acknowledged truth that more often than not, some countries do not compensate well their employees inspite of them possessing acceptable qualifications. This push them to strech their blankets for survivability. Some experienced a hand-to-mouth way of living while working in their country because of relatively low income. Thus, this strongly drive them to seed a greener pasture overseas.
Another considered major reason is to level up in their field of specialty. Thisbmeans that people want to increase more and enhance thier knowledge about their job. There are relevant updates as well as recent technology present in other countries that is not available in some; hence, people decide to continue employing theirselves in other countries. Surveys show that some developing nations do not have the latest technology compared to developed countries. Due to this, people from former countries work to later countries just to broaden and improve the information they have.
On the other hand, the huge influx of individuals moving to other lands for their bread and butter purposes has caused the migrants' country of origin to suffer from understaffing situation. Hospitals in the Philippines for instance have scarcity of nurses and their ratio to patients is significantly high. This then causes chaos and alarm in some hospitals particularly state-run health facilities.
To drive home the point, indeed there are undoubted reasons why equipped professionals work abroad but the bottomline for this is the priceless benefit that they gain from it. However, it is also a fact that there is a correspinsig negative effect which this trend can bring.
