Part 2 Question : People should work a fixed number of hours per week. And employers should not ask anybody to work more than this. (Reasons with examples needed)

Working for a fixed number of hours per week should be every employee's right that ought not to be questioned by any employer around the world.
Firstly,the workers can divide their weekly target with the number of days and plan their tasks everyday as they wish. Better planning leads to good work-life balance. To illustrate this , people after reaching early to their houses will get time and opportunity to help their partners, teach their kids and play with them. These activities make the whole family happy and contended with life.
Secondly, the research on labours' sentiments says that the motivation levels of the employees who leave their offices on time are high when compared to the ones who stretch their working hours frequently. The urge to leave on time would push the working community to be more effective with their tasks. Not only does it contribute to the employer's task but also helps the employers to achieve target on the longer run.
Thirdly, this phenomenon assists the people to work on their individual goal. It renders them the much needed time and attention to horne their skills , follow their passion and take good care of their health.
On the whole, implementing this idea of allotting a definite number of hours for the workers to work per week will result in fruitful outcomes for the employees as well as for the employers. The owners can decide not to agree with this only at their own peril.
