On the other hand,education has personal benefits to the individual.One gets to pursue an area of keen interest and obtain an in depth scientific understanding.To bring this into perspective,a peasant farmer who pursues a course in ranching enhances his trade.
Admittedly,most schooled people get to be employed and secure a steady income for their livelihood.Professionals such as teachers are often guaranteed a living wage for their sustenance and that of their families.
Furthermore,scholastic achievements promote self esteem and bring about self actualization in individuals.This is more apparent when one pursues further studies than their professional peers.To provide a classic example,a Registered General nurse who studies further into Opthalmology rightfully feels a professional edge.
