Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change.Others, however think that change is always a good thing. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion
People have different views about whether it is a good thing to follow same routines or it is much better to do changes through our lives. Although there are convincing points in favor of avoiding changes, I personally believe that adding new changes to life is more beneficial.
Opponents of this idea claim that doing same things are associated with some reasons. One of them is that specializing in any area. For example, Accountants are able to do his work with an enthusiasm and it would be disruptive effect for him to change his career prospects after certain age because they have already learnt all secrets of accounting process and able to manage them easily. Another example is that many illiterate people prefer avoiding from new changes due to probability of giving up their workplace. They do not know how to use modern technologies and apply them to workplace appropriately
Supporters of this argument think that job market is becoming increasingly demand for people who are talented, hardworking, having working ability with latest technologies and open new challenges in their workplace as the invention of technologies in todayï‚¢ modernized era. As long as workers follow same things, it could cause a feeling of bored. If economist is a serious in his work and have a special skills, it will be undoubtedly possible for him to being promoted to higher position and also managers tend to encourage higher skilled workers by giving incentives them that is best example of making a profit by adding changes to life.
To sum up, it seems to me that changing in any point of life is more better rather than continuing in doing same things.
