Teenagers prefer to do the unpaid jobs in the community nowadays. This behavior is beneficial to the community as well as to the teenagers themselves. Do you agree or disagree?
In the present age, it seems that my adolescents tend to perform voluntary works. Some people opine that it is advantageous to both society and offspring. It is agreed that the community can greatly benefit from it. This argument will be analyzed by looking at how young people doing unpaid jobs can raise their sense of societal cohesion and how teenagers can become empathetic person.
First of all, it is an undeniable fact that youngsters conduct free services can enhance their sense of social cohesion. For instance, if youths visit and assist senior citizens to fulfil their needs, then they can learn the importance of helping disadvantaged individuals. Therefore, it can increase their feeling of belonging and unite them with others. As this shows that young people participate in voluntary services has a profoundly beneficial influence upon the community.
Equally importantly, conducting no paying jobs enables descendants to become an empathetic person as they are required to understand others’ needs and feelings. As the before example shows that they need to comprehend other individuals’ requirements in order to provide appropriate services to them. Hence, this training can help them to be more considerable individual. It is obvious from this that youths have benefited greatly from these kinds of job.
