-Regular traffic congestion leads to major issues like
1) increase in stress in order to reach ones destination mainly work in peak hours.
2) Involved in accidents by speeding expecting to reach destination on time.
3) obstructing emergency services like ambulance, police, fire etc.
4) Long hours in traffic inhaling toxic smoke leading to respiratory problems.
5) Due to increase in travel time there is a chance in skipping meals or taking in irregular times.
6) Finally, increase in fuel costs and damaging environment by air pollution.

Recommendations:
1) Adopting technological advancements in architecture to develop transport infrastructure.
2) Educating people about environment issues and promote public transportation at reasonable fares.
3) Adding transit lines, Example in sydney bus only lines, more than 2 people per car transit lines
4) Effective use of technology to suggest alternative roots in case of congestion.
