Your car insurance company has told you that they are going to increase the amount you have to pay in insurance for your car each month. You are not happy about this.
Write a letter to your insurance company. In your letter explain
1. Why you are writing to them
2. Why you think the insurance should not be increased
3. What you want them to do
Dear Sir,
I am writing to explain my stance on a recent change in your terms and conditions and to suggest moving back to previous terms. Please allow me to elaborate.
As you also know, recently, I received a letter from your company explaining an unexpected and one sided change in terms and conditions. Surprisingly, these new terms demand an increase in insurance monthly installment for each month. The letter has not mentioned any reason or justification for this new demand.
As per the terms and conditions signed at start of this contract, the company cannot demand any increase in insurance installments. In addition, my car has not been changed since the start of the contract. Furthermore, I have not taken any extra benefit from your company which might have caused such demand. So, in conclusion, this demand is totally unjustified and illogical.
As per above discussion, I would like you to nullify this official letter and reprimand the staff involved in this activity because they have affected your company reputation negatively by sending a letter against contract terms.
Waiting your reply,

(You could add a sentence here mentioning possible repercussions. For example, 'If you are unwilling or unable to cancel this installment increase, I will be happy to take my business elsewhere.')
Waiting your reply,
Really well written. Your language is stern but polite and your reasoning is logical. Great job!
