A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
Give contact details for when you are away
Give instructions about how to care for your pet

Dear friend (Asad),

It was nice reading your affirmative email and it was great pleasure to know that you have agreed to take care of my house and pet.Your reply has exceeded my friendship expectation from your part.

As I communicated earlier, I will stay in China for one week. During this time period, you can contact with me through my phone number (0089456789), through same email address and fax number which is same as my phone number. Since I already have activated my internet services on this new phone number so you can expect a prompt reply for each email, you shot. However, my reply to your letters and fax can take up to 24 hours for understandable reason; I plan to stay out of office for most of the time.

I know that you have been upbringing your favorite and my beloved dog for ten years and I know you have excellent knowledge and tactics to handle pets as your experience is longer and more valuable than mince experience. But you have to acknowledge that there could be some different habits and demands of my pet.My dog, axe, become ill instantly in hot conditions, so you have to take special care of temperature instrument alarms, installed in his cabinet. In addition to this, you have to take him out each evening for outing of gardens only. Axe gets bored and in turn become nervous if garden walk is missed during routine daily walk.
From your warm reply, I am sure you will not take these suggestions as extra ordinary demands.
Truly Yours,

Saqib.

Dear Asad,

It was nice reading your affirmative email and it was great pleasure to know that you have agreed to take care of my house and pet. (<--Reword to: "Thank you for replying so quickly. I really appreciate you taking care of my house and pet.") Your reply has exceeded my friendship expectation from your part. (<--Reword to: I am very grateful to you.")

As I communicated earlier, I will stay in China for one week. (<--Reword to: "As I said before, I will be in China for one week.") During this time, you can contact with me through my phone number (0089456789), through same email address and fax number which is same as my phone number. (<--Reword to: "During this time, you can contact me on 0089456789 or email me.") Since I already have activated my internet services on this new phone number so you can expect a prompt reply for each email, you shot.(<--Reword to: "I will have internet access at all times, so if you email me, I will be able to answer you promptly.") However, my reply to your letters and fax can take up to 24 hours for understandable reason; I plan to stay out of office for most of the time. (<-- This sentence is the opposite of the previous sentence. It is unnecessary and doesn't add meaning to the letter.)

I know that you have been upbringing your favorite and my beloved dog for ten years and I know you have excellent knowledge and tactics to handle pets as your experience is longer and more valuable than mince experience. (<--Reword to: "I know you love dogs as much as I do, and have more experience with them that me, but my dog, Axe, may behave slightly differently than your dog.") But you have to acknowledge that there could be some different habits and demands of my pet. (<--Delete this sentence.) My dog, axe, become ill instantly in hot conditions, so you have to take special care of temperature instrument alarms, installed in his cabinet. (<--Reword to: "Axe is also sensitive to heat, so please be aware of the temperature alarms installed in his bed.") In addition to this, you have to take him out each evening for outing of gardens only. (<--Reword to: "Axe needs to be walked each evening and he gets nervous if his walk is missed.") Axe gets bored and in turn become nervous if garden walk is missed during routine daily walk. (<--Delete this sentence.)
From your warm reply, I am sure you will not take these suggestions as extraordinary demands.
Truly Yours,
