After the economic crisis that hit the global economics all over the world in 2007, millions of people lost their jobs. This essay will discuss the tow point of views.
Groups of economists have the believe that governments have an extended responsibilities towards all citizen , particularly, the unemployed ones , as money paid by governments help them to fulfill their daily needs, and ensure the minimum level of respected human lifestyle. For instance in some Europe countries, in particular , France and Germany, the unemployed are entitled to monthly payment, medical insurance and education assistance. Such type of treat could raise the feeling of loyalty towards the country and make citizen ready to do all the best to give country the future and prosperity.
On the other hand, groups of economists and social scientists are against the benefits that paid to unemployed without doing any job. They recommend authorities to encourage the unemployed to seek for job, start private business or join community activities as a source for gain, otherwise they would like to gain effortless money, in this case they would not feel the value of money and may waste it in unbeneficial ways; drugs, weapons and poker are common ways to do so.
As the idea of governments payment to unemployed, has supports and opposers , and after hashing out the pros and cons of tow opinions we came out to the fact that government payment to unemployed should has some regulations, for example the unemployed should prove that he or she is seeking for job, self developing to meet work market requirements by attending courses or doing positive community activities .
