Learning is a process unique to every individual. Different learning strategies work for different people. However, I am of the opinion that learning under the guidance of the teacher benefits most. In this essay I will illustrate how teacher can equip us with better understanding of the subject, point us in the right direction and save us good amount of time while learning.

Firstly, as teachers are master of their field and have clear understanding of their subjects therefore they can explain it effectively to the students. For example, In an attempt to learn a new computer language I followed tutorials led by a teacher. These teacher guided tutorials helped me a great deal in understanding the core concepts of the new programming language whereas I was unable to clarify the concepts in such detail when I was trying to learn only through self-studies. This shows that teacher can prove to be of vital help when trying to develop a deep and correct understanding of some subject.

Secondly, more time is consumed when studying at your own in contrast to taking lessons from the teacher. Referring to the same example as above it took me more than a month when trying to learn the new computer language at my own while on the other hand only one day of teacher led tutorials were suffice for me to get hang of the language. Thus, as apparent from this example, teacher can reduce your learning time period significantly by explaining you well and pointing you in the right direction.

From above examples, we can conclude that teacher can greatly help in building clear concepts in less time period than studying at your own. Indeed teachers are best option when learning new things. Therefore it is recommended to always learn under the guidance of the qualified teachers.

Teachers, mentors, and experts play a key role in shaping the future of young generation as well as a healthy nation. Although, some youngsters believe that they can nail anything without any others interference but some accept the fact that teacher plays an essential role in their learning process. It is believed and accepted that teacher is the one who first introduces anyone to world. This inditing argues about different roles of teachers and their forms that help to develop youth of a nation.

Firstly, traditional teaching methods are initial learning opportunities. For instance, a teacher in a kindergarten introduces children to english alphabets and make them to learn. At the age of 5 or 6, a junior can’t spell and pronounce, correctly, by himself. Hence a teacher is necessary to correct and put them in a right direction of learning alphabets.

Secondly, a mentor-ship is necessary to build a strong and reliable career path.For example, children at adolescent age must be aware of ‘how to behave?’, how to plan their daily activities and many more. These must be taught by their parents, here the parents occupy the role of a teacher in making their children to understand what a world expects from him? Thus parents alias teachers are necessary to understand how world functions.

Thirdly, An expert advice is always a reliable. Consider a fresh graduate who got placed in a software firm. He is not sure about how the firm runs and executes its operations. Obviously, he needs a guidance of an expert in the organization to make him understand how company operates. To conclude it is necessary that some expert advices must be considered even at the professional stage.

Finally, to compendious, at every stage of life people are introduced and taught about new features or functions of world either by teachers or it can be a mentor or can be expert. After the analyzing the above points of views, it is vivid that without guidance of someone one cannot easily learn.

Every person has a unique when it comes to Learning. Some believe that learning is an easy process; others prefer to have proper guideline from a teacher to learn. For me, I think I will go for learning under the guidance of an educator. This will be proven by analyzing that the subject knowledge and the real life examples teachers experienced are the key element and these will be discussed in this essay.

Firstly, tutors have a great deal of subject knowledge. For instance, programming requires a great deal of understanding in order to write code and build solution, irrespective to the type of language you are working on such as C++, Visual C, Java, and Asp.Net. During the initial software development and testing phase, developers encounter many errors. Presence of a quality teacher in such a situation help to remove bugs and errors. Thus, learning under the supervision of a teacher is a positive way of getting knowledge. Therefore, learning under the umbrella of a teacher is the right choice to make as compare to study alone.

Secondly, professional teachers are augmented with real examples they have been through during their professional career. To illustrate this, as a student of the Computer Science subject it was not easy to understand the algorithms but professor was giving a real example how the queue works at normal counters and if we jump front and backward what impact it would create, was amazing and help me to grab the logic of FIFO ‘First IN and First Out’ logic. So, example proves practical life examples of teachers are an added advantage to get train from them. That is the reason I believe on instructor-led learning process.

After analyzing subject matter experts and life experiences teachers have got. It is believed that self study can assist on some level but to learn properly and reaching to the top requires a specialist in that learning process no one is better than high class teacher. It is predicted in future people will continue to get knowledge through trainers in their specific field.
