"The government should be permitted to censor the internet to help protect young people from offensive content.Do you agree or disagree? Form an opinion and support it"

In this era of globalization, e-technology ensures accessibility to the whole world at a distance of just one click. Each and every type of material is available on the internet with hundred percent accessibility to everyone. As we all know, there is tremendous amount of adult content available on internet without any user-restrictions which is heavily influencing our youth in a negative manner. Thus it is totally agreed that the government should have a right to block such websites in the pursuit of protecting young generation.
As we see in our daily life, how the glamour of media has already mesmerized our youth breaking all cultural and social ethics, and it is also an open fact that the young children is the most vulnerable age group to become prey of such offensive material, thus posing a great threat to the society's development and progress. Unfortunately, e-technology despite all of its benefits,is just adding more into it. The gloomiest part of the story is that even our news websites, study links and religious pages have not escaped from such side adult advertisements and pornography. Means as you open any internet site and instantly such dirty stuff just pops-up by the side.
However, it is also admitted that actually it is the responsibility of parents or guardians instead of the government, to have a check on their young ones, but nowadays, in this busy life, it has become almost impossible to keep an eye on children round the clock.Hence the solution to this problem seems to be in hands of government to imply age-restriction codes and conditions on such websites and censoring with some filtering system to ban such advertisements on educational links on a larger scale.
Analysing all above facts and considering the need of hour, it is a wise argument that the government ought to be duly permitted to take the charge for such measurements of banning and filtering the offensive stuff available on internet in their region.Although to take such measures for such a huge data and countless webpages is a real challenge, but this is the only option we are left with to effectively control this threat for a more productive and promising future generation.
