Please suggest me how I can improve my writing
Thanking you in advance.
You have received notice that your application for a position with a company in your city has been rejected for an unclear reason.
Write a letter to the recruiter. In your letter
describe what the position is
explain why the rejection is unclear
state why you feel you would be a good choice for the position
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in regards to the job application rejection notice that I received through the email this morning, and the reasons for my rejection is still unclear.
The position I am referring is Software Developer in the White Smith Company which is located in Sydney. Actually, the minimum requirement for the position was bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with two years of experience in IT industry. However, I had completed my master’s degree and gained five years of work experience in this field. In addition, I am capable of working with any of the programming languages, such as Python, Java, SQL, and JSP.
I believe that I will be the huge assets for the company because of the skills and knowledge that I had acquired from my previous positions. My friendly behaviour and willingness for achieving the success would definitely profit the organisation.
I would like you to revise my application once again, and if you find my skills and experiences suitable for this position then please free to contact me to schedule an interview.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Aditi Khatiwada
