lost on train ( please check)

Post by Aditi »

You lost something on the train.
Write a letter to the stationmaster of your local train station. In your letter
state what the item is
describe where you think you lost it
explain how you can be contacted in the event the item is found

Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in regards to my mobile phone that I lost in Burwood station this morning. I would like to provide you some brief information about the model and how I lose it. Allow me to explain.

The mobile I am referring is Samsung Galaxy S4, and has red cover with attached butterfly key ring. Actually, the 7.30 am train was delayed for 10 minutes so I went to the restroom to refresh myself. While washing my hands, I kept the mobile near the hand dryer, but, unfortunately I forget to keep it in back in my pocket and rushed to catch the train.

I know that it’s a public place so there is a rare chance of getting back my mobile as it is very expensive and portable. However, if any kind person had handled it to you then please contact me. I have attached my Visiting card with this letter where you can find my Office number and email address. I would really appreciate if you contact me through these means in case you find my mobile.

Thanking you in advance and looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
