The risk of fast food has destroyed the tradition of craft of meal creaton as lunch times have shrunk to an all time low.Fast food should be banned at lunch times.do u agree or disagree??

The easy access to fast food in the market has coveniently chNGED our eating habits.while some consider cooking food as sheer wastage of time and energy while others think that fast food should be completely ousted from the society.i think adopting either of the step is practically not possible in the 21st century.

In the quest for better living standard of living, people have to constantly devote their time at work in brutely cut-throat envoirnment among peers.hence they escape from cooking and are resorted to buy fast food readily available at affordable price.Putting a stop to such food products is an obvious option which will certainly make people at work or children at school adopt a healthier way of living.taking some time off from work or study and spending quality time with close ones would help to maintain a work-life balance.

However implementing such a practice would deprive people of their daily lunch which they hardly find time to eat.For instance a person working from nine to five everyday have no time to explore their culinary skills. In addition, banning fast food during lunch hours will not refrain consumption at night. Infact afternoon closure of such restaurants and cafes can lead to increased consumption at night.some of the possible measures to curb down fast food consumption can be advertisements showing the long-term ill effects of such products and educating people regarding the outcomes of this activity such as obesity heart related disorders and so on.

To conclude, banning fast food at the afternoon is neither practically feasible nor a permanent solution to the peoblem.
