You should say:

who this stranger was
where you met him
when you met him

and explain what you found good and bad about him

very difficult topic to speak on i think... i cant think of fluent sentences on this topic quickly.......
anyone who is better in speaking can post some sentences on this topic ?? for an idea

Hello,

I guess one can divert the situation to social networking sites and video chat. Now-a-days it is very common and most of the people you find over there are strangers to you. One can interact some one for specific purpose too like IELTS preparation. you interacted on a networking site based on IELTS test preparation and later on you met the person at a restaurant or coffee shop to share some ideas for your upcoming exam.
