pls assess my first attempt for writing task 1.. T_T

The graph below shows the amount of money spent on books in Germany, France, Italy and Austria between 1995 and 2005.
Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.
The graph illustrates the cost payed on books in Germany, France, Italy and Austira within the year of 1995 and 2005.
In Germany, a modest increase was shown in the year 1995 to 1999, which clearly states from 80 million US dollars to 90 million US dollars. Then, it gradually decline to 82 millions US dollars in the year 2003. In the last year, 2005, money spent on books had a positive growth to 95 million US dollars.
France and Italy had to spend money steadily on books from 1995 to 1997. However, Italy had mildly dive on a two-year course, with 50 million US dollars. For 6 years, France and Italy experienced a gentle increase up to the year 2005, $ 75 and 52 million US dollars respectively
In Austria, 30 million US dollars was experienced to be spend on books in 1995. With the fluctuating rate till 2001. Finally, It showed a surge event getting 63 million US dollars in 2005.
It is concluded that in one decade, Germany spent more books than other countires,

hi ginger
your graph lacks detailed description. you threw away most of the important data . Grammatical errors make confusion while reading. in some places you mixed tenses. this graph was supposed to write in past tense, but in some place you used present and future tense.
you have to focus more to improve your writing.
