Well, it true that executants are paid very high remuneration, and they deserve it, because it also one of the talent that all cannot perform. In line with them some other key jobs like research and development are great and bring respect to the nation also need to receive appreciation in terms of high pay.
In reality, each and individual celebrities, who allure the public with entertainment , this entertainer a film star or dancer or sport man have to put lots of efforts for many years to come as an successful star in front of public and entertain them and prove himself at the beginning . While some people think that they are highly paid without knowing the facts and effort made on the back of the screen.
Secondly, jobs like research need more efforts, in terms of knowledge, time and dedication. After all this, success stories are countable. Finally results are so important that creates value addition to the society and bring the nation pride. So the scientists will be given respect by awards. Its better this people also pay more money along with awards.
Finally, all this executants and scientist when paid to their satisfaction, this is the stepping stone to success. In return we can expect more profits and best results.
In conclusion, all the executants deserve to pay high money, along with other profession like scientist as mention above. Government and firms should also identify other key skills and major contribution for their business growth to be paid high.
