Universities should accept equal number of male and female students in every subject.

To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Universities throughout the world use different ways of selecting students to study their subjects. This is an important issue, because each student should have the same right to study what he is interested. It is disagreed that universities should accept the same number of male and female students in every subject. This will be proven by noting that some subjects are more appropriate for each kind of gender as well as the choice of a student should be based on his interest and his academic performance.
It is notable that some subjects are more interesting and appropriate for students depending on the student’s gender. This is very apparent in cases which a subject is focused on a systematic hard work for males and a detailed soft work for females. An equal number of acceptance for male and female students on these kind of subjects can not ensure that all the vacancies will be occupied in the best way. Thus, separating the gender is not the correct way to accept a student in any subject.
A fair way of selecting students to university subjects is by considering his interest and his academic performance. As an example, if a student who has a better academic performance than the other and he is not chosen because of a gender issue, definitely would not be fair. By considering the dedication of the student, it will have more chances that this student will occupy his place in the classroom in a better way. That is why the gender should not be used as an accepting method for students in subjects from universities.
Considering that different subjects are more adaptable for each type of gender and that a student should be accepted by his own academic knowledge, it is correct to say that male and female students should not be accepted in university subjects in the same proportion. It is important that every student conquer their goals by their own effort.
