looking for study partner to be hand by hand in all sections

Hello
I'm Egyptian doctor.
I sat for ILETS months ago and my score wasn't good. I got 6.5 in speaking and reading. Got 6 in writing and 5.5 in listening.
I wish to raise my level in English in general also for exam sake to get 7 or 7.5 in general test then later academic test.
Hope somebody can share me planning, practicing seriously.
