seeking speaking partners to score 7+

Hello,
My name is Chang. I am working as a statistician and data manager for a contract research organisation (CRO) company in Taipei. I am looking for a speaking partner who would like to practice speaking online, preferably via skype. I have good reputation of being helpful and interesting to IELTS test takers. I have achieved 7 last year. You can access my test result at the bottom of this webpage

I am suggesting to practice the speaking using sample questions from some test takers , as well as episodes from BBC 6 min English. I have been doing this with some partners. The BBC 6 min English program is recommended by many test takers. An episode is usually less than 6 min. Scripts are provided for each episode. Vocabulary and explanation are also included in the scripts. It's a perfect tool for busy people like me. We can choose episodes that interest either of us or episodes that are helpful to answering questions we related to the questions we have practiced. From my experience, it simply takes an hour to talk about one a part 2 and some part 3 questions, as well as one 6 min English episode. Time differences may be an issue. I can only do this around 10pm on weekdays in the GMT+8 time zone. I am generally free in the weekend evening.
I am looking for candidates who have scored 6.5 or higher in their IELTS speaking section and are aiming at higher scores. Desired candidates will present evidence of their speaking capacity.
Please email me at luenhchang@gmail.com with your full name, the most recent IELTS test result and your mobile number. I am a member of the dying breed of dump phone users. I can't deal with last minute cancellation via the Internet. Please email me to book my time. Let's talk soon.
Best,
Chang
