Looking for a speaking practice partner

Hi All,
I am planning to get 8 in every band in eight months. Is anyone want to be a long-term study partner with me?
Hope the potential partner will be nice and have similar goal, so we could encourage each other. And I am more than welcome you correct my mistakes and I am also willing do that to you if you want.
My plan now is to have regular casual conversation and IELTS speaking practice in the eight months, I know IELTS learning is a long-term study.
We also can check each others' writing if you want.
My current level is IELST 7, similar level is preferred.
