1. Try not to speak haltingly
2. Be coordinated with words as one speaks
3. Do not be unsure/hesitant of one's speech
4. Try and provide correct reasoning
5. Provide reasons in an orderly fashion
6. Try to maintain consistent relation of parts in one's argument structure
7. Do not go off-topic as one responds
8. Be consistent with the use of tenses
9. Avoid repeating the phrases used by the examiner in his/her questions
10. Avoid repeating the phrases used by oneself in one's communication
11. Try and keep self-corrections in speech as close to zero as possible
