Adult Education-Why is it essential?
In today’s lecture, I would like to share my views on the following topic “Adult education and its merits. I want to support my points with a statistical description. Around 40% of adults are interested in seeking education because of their interest in the following subjects. This result outweighs the maximum value in comparison to the other values. However, 38% adults want to gain education for a good qualification. There is also a category, which feels that adult education is essential for the current job. When you are with your colleagues dining or having a conversation, having a sound knowledge of what the other says is a good reason to support this statement.
There also includes a group, which often thinks that being educated has an impact on his career. This includes a promotion at his Job or opting for a better increment. The average value for this is around 20%.In comparison to adults mentioned above who are interested in the subject, 20% of adults also are fond of studying. These include those who need at least a page in their Curriculum vitae to describe their Professional qualification. There also includes a group who considers education as a platform for a change in their career. This reminds me of an actor who was an advocate discovered his hidden talent and is today regarded as one of the most popular actor in my town. In addition, a small group feels that education is essential to meet different people in their sector that will help them to share and receive ideas that enables them to make improvements in their career.
Another aspect that we need to consider is the cost for these courses. I strongly feel as long as the society, the employer and the adult gets a profit, the course fee should be distributed in such a way that the tax authorithy and the employer share a part. However, the amount paid by the adult should be in my opinion the highest.
