Q: You have a full-time job and are doing a part-time evening course.
You now find that you cannot continue the course. Write a letter to the course tutor. In your letter

My Ans:

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm writing in regards to the evening course that I'm currently taking at the moment.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the rest of the evening course due to an unexpected business trip to Paris for 3 months.
You see, one of my fellow employee who were originally planned to go on a business trip to Paris has resigned yesterday. Thus, the boss
promoted me to go on a business trip for the company next week. I was not able to decline this offer since it is an opportunity for me to
represent the company in overseas and to expand the company's business with potential clients.

Since my business trip lasts for 3 months, I won't be able to attend the rest of the evening course. As far as my understanding goes,
we are only in the second week of the evening course which allows me to be eligible to drop out of the course for this semester.
Thus, I would like to be officially dropped out of the course for this semester. Thank you.

Sincerely
Nick
