News editors decide what to broadcast on television and what to print in newspapers. What factors do you think influence these decisions? Do we become used to bad news? Would it he better if more good news was reported?

In my opinion the work of newspaper and tv editor is simple, he should select what kind of programs have the highest rating from customers, the responsibility is directly of viewers. Of course the entertainment media have a big influence on awareness and educating of their consumers, for instance, if people watch and read only bad news, people's behavior will be pessimistic or simply ignore it, on the other hand a good news probably makes people less interested in the reality.

The most important factor that influence media industry to transmit information is economical benefits and customer rating considering that the income depend from sponsor companies for this reason the editors should select the best journalistic and entertainment content in order to captivate more readers and viewers.

It is important to understand that approach of the media is crucial in the behavior of the society, some people argue that information media such as TV, radio and newspaper have a forceful influence in the education of the society owing to these media continuously give us instructions of behavior show us what is good and what is bad for this reason every person is different to the others for example people who only like bad news is potentially more nervous and distrustful nevertheless good news become more relaxed people but unaware of the reality.

From my perspective, the decision of what type of information might broadcast the different media channels depend from the audience However, the government and media companies have a moral responsibility to the society. Likewise, bad and good news are the same importance and those should be displayed with seriousness and respect without personal opinions.
