The charts below show the results of a survey of adult education. The first chart shows the reasons why adults decide to study. The pie chart shows how people think the costs of adult education should be shared.

The chart shows what are the motivations and their percentages why adults are studying and the pie chart illustrates who should be help to sponsor adult education.
First of all we can see that interest in subject and gaining qualifications are the most important decision to study roughly 40%, the half of this percentage decided to continue studying to be Helpful for current job, To improve prospects of promotion and Enjoy learning, on the other hand people who are going to school to meet people are the latest decision almost 9% followed by the motivation to able to change jobs (12%).
Likewise, the 40 percent of these people think that the total cost of adult study should be assumed by the student, while 35 percent argue that employers ought to sponsor this cost, finally one quarter of these people share the notion that money from taxing should be used to pay part of the adult study.
In short, the forceful motivation in adults to continue studying is personal reason such as qualifications, interest of subject and find a better job position and the cost of this study ought to be by employer or by students
