Hi,

I wanted to confirm whether reading section is different for academic and general mode. as I found many places where some reading passage has a vast swing in term of difficulty in reading to ease side.

can any one confirm?

yes they both are different in general ielts reading is much easier than academic reading.

Hi Thanks,
In the event of , if some one has only one week or two to prepare, so what you will suggest, whether one should go with tough preparation like reading economist or simple wordings.

Actually aforementioned situation is with me.
