Thank you for sharing your recording. I look forward to listening to your others in a few moments.
First, let me say that your vocabulary and pronunciation are excellent, at least from the short bit that I heard here. I heard you use "supervise" and "theoretical," for example. The transition "in addition" indicates to me that you have a solid understanding of how to organize your speech so that your listener can better understand your main points.
One thing that stands out a bit to me is that, while your pronunciation is good, you could perhaps benefit from some study of linking your words together and reduction of sounds. You might consider checking this list of videos out for some lessons:
