I'm writing a short story for class, and it requires me to write a scene when someone suddenly has cardiac arrest. I need to know if the victim is still responsive/conscious, how someone can survive a cardiac arrest (if you can), and what physical features does the victim have during (maybe red face, breathing heavily? Anything like that that could describe the scene). I prefer to describe this in the victim's point of view, if that helps. Any help is appreciated!
