My name is Truong, I'm 25, I am from Da Nang city, the center of Vietnam. First of all I'd like to express my greeting to all of you. This is the first time I have studied IELTS. I have no time to take an IELTS course at the center so I must study by myself. I need some helps from you about choosing which books are suitable for self study in IELTS and how to practice and improve all skills in IELTS exam.
Thank you very much.

Start from cambridge 1-9 series books. Then complete the listening, reading, writing and speaking sections in those books. After that, you can start the ielts trainer. An effective book with proper explanation in every section of ielts exams. Finally, solve the latest cambridge ielts official book by Pauline Cullen, Amanda French, Vanessa Jakeman. If you need any other additional materials then start with practice test plus 1,2 and 3 series. To understand the various tricks and strategies you can read the ielts target band 7,Ace the ielts. For a perfect grammatical knowledge you can read English Grammar in Use by Raymond Murphy. I give you a complete list of ielts materials. I am not sure about your level of english but i think these books will surely help you to achieve a perfect score in ielts exam.
