I have never been on any diet with a name or any marketed diet before. I am thinking of testing out the south beach diet. This diet is talking about eating what sounds like way more food than I eat now because usually I only eat dinner and maybe a small snack, sometimes a bowl of cereal right now. I have a tendency to eat when I’m not even hungry. Do you do this on south beach diet? Do you eat even if you aren't hungry?
