The bar chart shows the participation in certain leisure activities by children in Australia. I will explain how different the participation in leisure activities for girls and boys.
It is noticeable in the chart that the boys have a higher percentage of leisure activities than the girls, although all of them like to watch TV and videos and a few percentages of both like skateboarding and rollerblading. Regarding the boys we could see that 70% or more like riding a bike and almost 80% like electronic and computer games. Relating to the girls the chart shows that near 60% like riding bike, electronic and computer games and art and craft. Exists one activity where the girls have a higher percentage than the boys, which is art and craft.
So summarizing, we could see that on the bar chart all of the children with ages between 5-14 years-old spent their leisure time watching TV and videos. Although, the boys have a higher participation in almost all the activities in the analysis.
