I know it may take you a lot of time to read it all
i will appreciate it if you write any comment or advice ........

in today's job market it is far more important to have
practical skills than theoretical knowledge .in the future
job applicants may not need any formal qualifications.
To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

Experience was always needed in any kind of occupation ,
A skilled staff are the wish of every boss, It is completely
disagreed that formal qualifications are no more needed
as a job requirement ,This will be proven by analyzing the
role of a well-qualified Technological specialist in a
workplace as well as the essence Of the theoretical
knowledge and the qualified people in teaching occupations.

Due to the terrible progress in technology it is essential
that in any firm around the world should be a qualified
staff to use appliances which require a certain
technological knowledge especially in the coming days,
For instance in numerousfirms throughout the world
at least there are one or two computer technicians
working around the clock to repair devices or install
operating systems ,A company that does not hire
well-educated people chiefly in technological fields
will find many difficulties in the management ,
After analyzing this it is very clear that formal
qualifications will be needed like never before
especially in the future.

In the teaching field there is always a need for theoretical
knowledge , as an example a qualified teacher will explain
the ideas to his pupil better than their parents do , Here
the difference between parents and teachers show the
importance of the formal qualifications and its effect
on our children education as well as its effect on the
future of education , After what we have explain
it is obvious that qualified people are needed no
matter in the present or in the future.

following the analyzation of the important
role which is played by the formal qualifications in the
technological fields as well as in teaching , it is very
clear that formal qualifications will be not given away ,
it is expected that formal qualifications will be
a key aspect with it employers will hire applicants.
