Indubitably, teachers hold a key to a successful and prosperous nation. Without any doubt, today less number of people opt teaching as a career. Unfortunately, the chief reasons behind this trend are lack of good salaries, limited growth prospects and long working hours. Following, this essay will analyze this issue in more detail and provide some solution.

Undoubtedly, today teachers suffer from long working hours and lack of compensation for their work. Illustrating this, one can perceive that with growing inflation it is becoming increasing difficult for teachers to survive in low salaries. In addition, long working hours forbid the teachers to take a second job as an alternate source of income. Secondly, it has become nearly impossible to teach young children. Considering the recent evidences, one can state that children from rich and affluent families tend to misbehave and are most difficult to handle. Needless to say, such children can become a threat to a teacher and the school.

Without a shadow of the doubt, there are several solutions a school can implement. Clearly, one of the obvious and practical remedies is to double the teacher's salary. Furthermore, a school can hire more teachers and hence divide the work among them. Perhaps by doing this, the problem of long working hours would get solved. Needless to say, by identifying the rogue younger and giving them strict warnings, any kind of threat can also be mitigated.

Summing up, there is no denying the fact that teaching is a very valuable and noble profession in a society. Therefore, everyone should work together to respect a teaching job to a highest level. Undoubtedly, a society can achieve this by taking care of their existing teachers, increasing their salaries and reducing their workload.

However, it can be difficult for introverted teachers and people who are generally not used to arguing with others. This issue could be addressed by allowing students to choose to study only their favourite subjects. This is already done in some private schools. Finally, teachers could work with students who are eager to gain knowledge of their subject.

In conclusion, the most pressing issues regarding teachers' work were analyzed and some possible solutions were presented. In my opinion, our society should embrace these solutions. Otherwise, there is a high probability that only the worst specialists will work in education and after some time youth will not be educated as well as they could be.
