For many people, especially for those with children, living in a house is a better option if compared with living in an apartment. It is argued that staying in a house bring more advantages than growing up inside an apartment. It will be proved by the arguments and facts described in the following paragraphs.
Firstly, quality of life is the main issue that make families opt to buy or build a house and not to rent or invest in an apartment. At least in the last decade more and more families have been looking for this specific point that can be detailed in some items like space in front with the possibility to create a garden with grass, flowers or even trees and the fact of being a safety place for the kids. As this examples show, living in a house bring more advantages.
Further, after families decide to live in a house, they can plan and apply for the increasing of the number of who live with them inside or outside the house. For instance, dogs or other animals can use the space or the garden created. Taking care pets in a spacy and comfortable place is another example of how a house bring more advantages compared with living in an apartment.
After analyzing the above points, especially when we think about safety and comfort for kids and other members, it has been proved that living in a house bring about more advantages than disadvantages compared with living in an apartment.
