Though walking is one of the best way to keep good health according to some experts. However, there are very few people walk on daily basis, I believe this is due to long working hours and the luxurious life style adopted by people, In order to overcome with this, people need to be more and more health conscious and change their life style.
Some experts believe that walking is one of the efficient method to maintain healthy life but people these days are not walking on daily basis to keep the good health. There are several reasons, firstly, although there are many facilities in the city such as park, jagging track for citizens, but people are not finding time to do routine exercise as they spend most of their day time working at office, In addition to this, Because of the heavy traffic on the road, it takes longer hours to commute to office than actual hours required, Furthermore, now a days people adopted luxurious life style, even for travelling to smaller distance they depend on their vehicle or public transport rather than taking a walk.
There are way out to above reasons mentioned in the essay, people need to be aware that the “health is wealth” and make sure that they are giving time for routine exercise even in their busy working schedule, they should try walking for 30 minutes after the lunch time rather than sitting and flirting with colleague and also they need to change their habit of taking vehicle even for small distance and make practice of routine walk in the evening or half an hour walk in treadmill at home.
In conclusion, people need to be aware that health is wealth and make sure that they give some time for routine exercise if not daily walk at least half an hour jag or walk on tread mill.
