Traditional food and fast food

Traditional food is being replaced by international fast foods. This has negative effects on family and society. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
My answer:
Advent of chains of fast food restaurant like KFC, M.C. Donald and Lotteria systems in many developing countries these days has contributed various cuisines to every body. However, some feel that tradition food is being substituted by fast food rapidly, in my view, I completely accept with this statement above.
The first reason, native food such as rice, fresh fish and beef supply a great deal of vital vitamin for body like A,D and E. This is nutritious generations that help development mental and physical become better. In addition, if you eat fresh food every day, your expectancy can prolong over medium level of age. Another, traditional foods are seen a line which maintain bonds the relationships among members in family. A cozy family will help children grow completely in sense, physical and sex before passing adolescence age. In some nations, traditional food like sushi is considered as a symbol of culture in Japan.
Even more important, fast food is one of roots that lead to obesity in teenager generation seriously. Chicken fried is consumed common in restaurants, it has a delicious taste, but it is used overwhelming in long time will cause heart diseases. The number of choices in menu of restaurants are not variety; moreover, fast food provide to less necessary nutrition than fresh food. It just is appropriate when used in workplace in the morning or mid-day.
To sum up, I propose that fast food replaces traditional food is a negative trend for society and people. Although fast food are cheap and convenient, it will be harmful when used to much in long time and native food can not substituted in the future.
