Modern children are suffering from the diseases that were once considered to be meant for adults only. Obesity is a major disease prevalent among children. What are its causes and what solutions can be offered?

It is true that in modern age child obesity is one of the most common diseases. There are several reasons that can make children more fattened. The first major reason can be fast foods that produced for school pupils. The ingredients in these fast foods can increase the amount of fat in an organism and thus lead to obesity. Another main root of this problem might be children, nowadays, are not involved in physical activities and sports. As a result, nutrients are not burned and cause fatness.

However, of course, there are possible steps that can facilitate to deal with such a wide spread matter. Firstly, fast food producers should include less amount of calorie when making foods. This, in turn, can reduce the amount of albumen which is considered the main cause of obesity. Also, in this case, parents can be more confident and let their children eat how many fast foods per day they want, because low-calorie foods can stop their hunger without causing to gain weight.

An additional solution to cope with this issue is to motivate the youngsters to do more exercise. To do this, both governments and parents should be willing and work co-operatively. For instance, governments can open sport clubs with lower prices in order to allow parents to afford its monthly payments. Meanwhile, parents should motivate children to go these clubs and to join sport societies. In consequence, it can produce two-fold positive outcome. First, it can prevent obesity among the children, and the second one is make children to get used to healthy life.

To sum up, from my perspective, by carrying out above-mentioned ways of solution, the level of obesity among children could be declined dramatically and even can be abolished entirely.
