Please review my letter

You are a student at an English language school in Brighton and are living in private accommodation with other flat mates. You have not had hot water or heating for some time. The landlord’s workmen have tried to fix the problem but without success.
Write a letter to the landlord. In your letter:
state your reason for writing
describe the problems and explain how you feel
propose a solution and risk the landlord to take action
Dear Mr. Peter,
My name is xyz and am one of the tenants staying in your flat A-403, New Castle. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the sudden cease of hot water supply in my room.
Three weeks ago, the tap which was providing hot water suddenly started giving chilled water. Therefore, everyday I am forced to have bath using cold water at such a low temperature in Brighton. As a result of which since yesterday am down with fever. The labours you sent were not skilled and failed to rectify the issue. No one came to fix it afterwards. I am very surprised to discover this problem after paying high maintenance every month. I regret to inform you that the service offered in your accommodation is below my expectations.
I hope you can settle this matter by personally visiting the flat along with the skilled worker and get this issue fixed. Otherwise, I have to look out for another accommodation.
