Today, people in many countries can work anywhere they choose because of improved communication technology. For example, many people work entirely from home, or travel between offices in different cities and even different countries.

Nowadays, Communication technology has been improved, therefor the number of people who work at home and in another city or country is increasing. I will discuss both of the situations about the advantages and the disadvantages
To begin with, people who work at home have a lot of the advantages. For example, they don’t need to spend time in order to go to workplace and can save transport fare. If parents have a baby, this kind of works fits them because they can work with take care their baby. However, they would have a variety of diseases due to the fact that they don’t move a lot and meet a lot of people when they work
On the other hand, workers who work in different city or abroad should spend a lot of time to go home and money on transportation expenses. In addition, they would be lonely because there is no their family in another city and abroad. However, there are the advantages. They can get chances so as to meet variety of people who have lived in a different culture and need to stay in an unfamiliar place, thus they would improve their communication skill and ability to adapt in different circumstances
In conclusion, the situations have both the advantages and the disadvantages. Therefore when people choose a job, they should consider about them
