Hi,
When I had my speaking part 2 test on 25th July in Australia, my examiner was playing her phone!!! I felt so angry and disappointed at that time! I would like to know what I can do if the situation happen again?
Best Regards,
Claire

Hi Claire,
Complain!! Examiners are not permitted to have phones in the test room. At my centre, the local staff actually check us!
Complaints should be made immediately after the test has finished to the local test centre staff. They have a form for this.
I have had candidates complain about me before - it's part off the job! - but all were checked and my interviews were found to be good.
Sorry about your bad experience.
All the best,
David

Hi, David
Thanks for your reply:)
Hum, what if the examiner deny it after I make the complain? Since there is no cctv camera in the exam room.

Hi Claire,
Good question, and this is why you must make the complaint immediately. Then the staff can check if the examiner has a mobile, which is not permitted. Even if you cannot prove she was playing with it, she will be in trouble for that.
All the best,
David
