The charts below show how selected age groups purchased concert, cinema and theatre tickets online over the first three months of 2006 in three countries and how the Internet was accessed

To begin with, in Australia and the UK, the percentage of people aged between 25 and 44 who bought tickets on the Internet was significantly high, making up just over half, while approximately 40% of tickets in Malaysia were bought on the Internet. However, in the age of 65 and over, the proportion of people in all of countries was fairly similar, accounting for about 45%.
In the way of purchase tickets, desktop computer mainly was accessed by people in Australia, the UK and Malaysia. Especially, the rate of desktop which was just over 60% in Malaysia was the highest one. The percentage of laptop in the UK (30%) was relatively lower compared to the percentage in Australia and Malaysia which was nearly 40% respectively. In mobile phone, it was not used lower than other means
In conclusion, people who bought tickets of theatre, concert and cinema online in Australia and the UK were more than in Malaysia and normally, Desktop was the most normal mean of access of purchase tickets in all the countries
