Please assess it, i would appreciate your feedback for improvement.
Just to let u know i am targeting band 7 and currently getting a score of 6 or 6.5 maximum.

To avoid hammering, take natural pauses and dont rush to speak.Be peaceful and talk with full confidence.
Think of the whole sentence, collect words and then speak.
Use cohesive devices.I would suggest you go through ryan "mock speking" on youtube.
