Thanks so so much. I do not have so much time. I should pass the exam as soon as possible. So I am preparing for that very hard. As you have helped me I learned how can I write an essay very easily. You taught me how can I start my writing by filling the blanket like Today it is common for people... and so on. Because of your teaching I am able to keep my essay. For the essay which I have sent you I do need exactly the same thing. I have just 30 minutes to write about this kind of essay (which I guess american say critic writing). I really want to help you. The problem is that I am not entirely sure how. Keeping in mind that I am not a GRE instructor, here are some ideas:

The GRE question you have posted asks you to take a position. It suggests you look at the evidence, critique this line of thinking and pose possible areas of improvement (you'll have to use evidence from the question or provide your own to support these areas).

To respond to this fully, I would separate the essay into the four paragraphs (I would shorten the introduction and conclusion paragraphs to one-two sentences each, as you only have 30 minutes). The first supporting paragraph could be your critique of the current situation. The second supporting paragraph could be your suggestions regarding how Lowville could better increase voter turnout. I imagine your essay markers will want to see several pieces of evidence and discussion in each of these supporting paragraphs. I would share a final thought summarizing my position at the end of each supporting paragraph.

To wrap everything up, the final sentence of the essay could state with strength that you feel your assessment and suggested approach to be the ideal course of action for the school officials to follow.

Again, these are just some random ideas. If you have any sample GRE papers, try to pinpoint exactly how they go about forming argument and/or analyzing data.
