Some people believe that students should be allowed to evaluate and criticise their teachers to improve the quality of education. Others think this is disrespectful to teachers.

Discuss both views, give your opinion and include relevant examples.

Traditionally, the educational system has been solely focused on sustained evaluation amongst it's student's performance. To further enhance the quality of education, it is believed by some people that students should be permitted to evaluate thier educators in order to achieve this. However, some individuals refute this idea because it is deemed disrepectful to teachers. This essay will discuss both sides of the debate before a reasoned conclusion is drawn.

Teachers who are provided with constant, justifiable and factual evaluation by thier pupils would gain a sense of awareness in his/her teaching style. The educator would then be able to have an understanding on his strenghts and weaknesses which he could tweak or sharpen to help students easily assilimilate thier subjects. For instance, a teacher who   has been criticized for speaking in a very low voice would then have to try improve his tone of voice or use a microphone instead. This would greatly improve his teaching ability and help students understand the lesson better. hence, this is the reason people gravitate to the idea.

Conversely, there would be times that the evaluations provided by students would deviate to personal issues, negative feedbacks or insults instead of constructive criticism. For example, students would write degrading remarks on evaluation form. This could directly affect how the teacher percieves his class and would be more biased. Therefore, it is clear why teachers perceive evaluations made by students inappropriate.

To sum everything up, evaluations provided by students could further improve teaching skills of educators. However, it could also hamper the teaching style if negative and personal attacks are provided. Personally, I believe that students should be allowed to evaluate thier teachers as long they remain professional about thier comments.

You did lots of spelling mistakes each of your writing. Perhaps, it was made unconsciously. On example is "thier" instead of "their".
