In some families there is more than one television in the home, with each family member even having their own TV.

In general, every single house has television as the price is affordable nowadays. However, some families have more than one television in their house for each family member that places in their own rooms. Subsequently, there are some merits and demerits of having more televisions in the house.
First of all, the positive point of having more televisions is all the family members are able to watch their favorite television programs. It is because some of the television programs schedule are played at the same time but on different channels. In order to avoid fighting, setting a television in every family member room should help. Moreover, it is allow people to lie and rest on their bed while watching television but, it is not good for our health n eyes because of the body position.
On the other hand, there are some negative points. When each family member has their own television, especially for children and teenagers, it is very difficult for parents to control over the program that they watch which may be harmful. Besides that, there is less possibility for the every family member to interact with each other as they spend most of their time in the room for watching television, especially for children.
To sum up, setting a television for each individual is becoming more popular. Even though each person has their own favorite of television programs. However, I think that watching television together with family is very interesting. Because you can share the joy of the movie together.
