The Pie Charts depicts the population in percentage of different age ranges in Yemen and Italy for year 2000 and its prediction in 2050. An overview does indicate a slight similar pattern for the two countries. ‎

In detail, the age range 0-14years, made the bulk of the population in 2000 with a little over half. But this will not be the case in 2050, as 15-59 year olds will take over the largest in number in the country by 7.2%. There will be an increase in population by 2050 of the 15-59year olds and the 60 and above year olds from 46.3% to 57.3% and from 3.6% to 5.7% respectively. In contrast, a decrease of 13.1% will be noted in the 0-14 age range.

Looking at Italy's population as at 2000, the 15-59year olds were the largest making almost two thirds of the total percentile. The 0-14 age range projects a decrease from 14.3% to 11.5%, also will the 15-59 age range from 61.6% to 46.2%. Only the oldest age range predicts an increase with almost a double than it was in the year 2000. 

In Conclusion, prediction of the 60 and above age range for both countries show an increase, even though slightly for Yemen. This perhaps is indicative of a better quality of life.

Overall, good. You have included enough figures and organisation is good. There is an overview, though it is quite short. The last sentence in the report is irrelevant. Watch out for grammatical errors. In particular, do not try to write long sentences. Information can easily be presented in shorter ones in order to increase clarity and your grammar score. Be careful not to miss out words when you are writing in a hurry, e.g. the largest [insert noun].
