Some people like to do only what they already do well. Other people prefer to try
new things and take risks. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to sup-
port your choice.

In the competitive world, nowadays people prefer to believe in doing more experimentation so that they can excel well in a shorter span. However, there is another side of it that some of them enjoy in doing what they are doing well. Both of the variants bring it pros and cons.
A person who sticks to what they are doing believes that it helps them in gaining more expertise. This would give them a holistic way of understanding the system more in-depth which could help in doing new inventions in that area. For e.g. A Person working in a particular domain for a longer duration would be able to understand the behavior of system very well with their experience as they have hold of it and able to easily determine the gaps in the current flow and plan for corrective measure. These people take minimal risk.
Another side to this, people in this category looks out for more interested things which are demanding. They really don’t want to be a frog in a well. People of this category prefer to do more experimentation rather than doing the same thing over again for a long time which they believe makes their thought process stagnate. They prefer to work on different ideas and don’t mind taking risks comparatively. For e.g. Person at a younger age won’t mind in leaving his job because of lesser responsibility and start into entrepreneurship to chase something new.
To conclude this, I prefer to be latter one as this helps one in exploring new things and gives more insight and confidence on the different aspects which will serve as learning for future challenges.
