Finally my 6th attempt made me happy
L 8.0
R 8.5
W 7
S 7.5

No idea man .. in true / false not given and Alphabet selection .... while all other seems fine except at some places you were only required to put single word have mentioned that.

My results for Jan 23 Test
L 8.5
R 8.5
W 7.0
Sp 8.5
Overall: 8.0
But I have applied for a remark on the day I saw the result and it is still pending, so hopefully my overall will change
