Essay
=====
Money has a large influence on human beings decisions. For this reason, some people believe that a main reason for choosing a job is the salary. Even if the salary plays an important role in the job selection, however it is disagreed that the financial benefit from a job is the most important factor. This will be proven by analyzing both the importance for a job to be rewarding and for the employee to be in line with the company mission and values.

Firstly, employees spend the majority of their time at their work place. For this specific reason, the nature of the work to be executed needs to be rewarding and provide a sense of satisfaction and significant to the employee. Also, the activities of a specific position have their importance in the job selection as well. For instance, a well-paid job which requires repetitive or uninteresting activities may not provide this sense of significant and fulfillment that the employee requires. After this analysis, it is clear that a high salary is not the most important factor in selecting a position.

Furthermore, the company values and mission are critical in the job selection. Indeed, the employees' values have to be in line with the company's mission and philosophy in order to be the most productive and fulfilled. As an example, someone who cares about the environment will not choose a well-paid job in a nuclear firm. Thus, the company's mission is more important in the job selection than a high wage.

After analyzing how the sense of significance and the company's mission are critical in the job selection, the idea that a high salary is the most critical factor in choosing a job can not be supported. A high salary is an important element in selecting a job, however there are other more critical elements as shown in this essay.

Could someone please review my grammar and provide feedback. Many thanks :)
